thanks for my chocolates just what I needed OH and the other stuff :) very kind of you  to change the delivery.

With regards to the website....apart from having to explain when she came home as the kitchen table had juicy jen business cards and invoice on it I think she thought I was being a naughty boy :) until I explained it was detailing stuff.

The website is great:

1) its bright

2) easy to use

3) very informative (with regards to the waxes and different procedures)

so yeah I have used a few detailing websites to buy stuff from but I must say the service has been great

My buying started off by my best friends girlfriend asking what machine polisher she should get him.  I went straight to Jen for advice and she recommended the best one for me for his skill and level.  This was all with no promise of business from me.  I did however follow up the help by putting an order down later that week again asking loads of questions for different things which were always answered really quickly.  Jen kept me up to date with everything and even gave me a hand on the postage.

By far the best person I have dealt with ever.  If only everyone was like this!
