Here at Juicy Detailing our aim is to despatch orders placed on our website on the same day, worst case scenario will be the next working day.

Your order will be sent by either Royal Mail First Class or Second Class Recorded, or Royal Mail Tracked Service or via courier. Our preferred courier is Parcel Force but we do reserve the right to use either UPS or DHL instead of our preferred courier.

Cancellation and Returns:

Out of Stock Items:

Should your order be placed on an out of stock item we will notify you of this as soon as possible within 48 hours, by either the phone number or email address you provide with your order.

Export of Goods:

For non-UK orders, you may be liable to pay additional import duties/tax charges once your order reaches your country. Customs and excise duties and policy vary on a country by country basis, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving your order. For further information regarding charges and what can/can't be imported into your country please contact your local customs office.

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Juicy Detailing may from time to time give you the opportunity to download Wallpaper, Screen Savers and other utilities from the Site. Such downloads are covered by the Juicy Detailing Terms and Conditions of Download.

Non-Delivery, Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

Juicy Detailing must be notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date on orders missing in transit. Unless notified within this time period we will not accept liability for these goods. We cannot accept liability for any shortages 24 hours after delivery, non-delivery 14 days from date of order, incorrect goods and goods damaged 48 hours after delivery on the stated time scales.

The Juicy Detailing website contains hyperlinks to external websites owned and operated by third parties. As we do not control websites external to Juicy Detailing, we do not take responsibility or incur liability for any content within them. We aim only to enable customers useful links to further resources of information, and do not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in any website external to Juicy Detailing.

Product Guarantees:

All products are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee if purchased by UK Mainland customers. Customers purchasing ANY electric machine polishers get a standard 12 month warranty, but will have to pay the cost of shipping any item being returned during the warranty period.

Liability:

Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by Juicy Detailing the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Force Majeure:

Juicy Detailing will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

No Waiver:

Should Juicy Detailing fail at any time to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions this shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled. Juicy Detailing is offering our customers free take-back of their WEEE item on a like-for-like basis when buying a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return the item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Please note - Juicy Detailing does not accept liability for the return postal charges. This must be borne by the customer returning the item.
