Cancellation and Returns Policy

If your order has been despatched you can return the items within 5 working days of receipt of the Goods. To obtain a Goods Return Authorisation please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation.

These items must be returned to us in perfect condition, and must be unopened and sealed within their original packaging. Any items returned to us that have been used or opened will not be accepted.

The cost of returning your items must be met by you. When we receive your returned items we will authorise a refund via your original payment method within 7 working days. The amount refunded will be for the cost of the goods only, and excludes any postage costs.

We would advise that you return your items via an insured and tracked carrier or ask for proof of posting in case of loss or damage to returned items

The Goods will remain responsibility of the purchaser until they have been returned to ourselves.
